ARSHI is an independent collective magazine exploring where culture meets power.
Born between Amsterdam and Paris, ARSHI was founded by Shiraz Hasnaoui, a political science student with a passion for fashion, art, and storytelling. A project still in motion, built from curiosity and conviction rather than resources or hierarchy.
For now, ARSHI publishes the work of its founder, with new voices to join soon.
It’s a magazine in construction: testing its voice, shaping its identity, and preparing to grow into a space for emerging writers, artists, and thinkers.
ARSHI exists as an alternative: intellectually sharp, visually alive, and emotionally grounded. It gives visibility to stories that mainstream media edits out and builds space for those who shape culture from the ground up.
More than a publication, ARSHI is an experiment, a collective in the making.
